Holy Week 2024
What a lovely reflective week we have enjoyed at SSMJ. Over the course of Lent the children have been learning all about the Easter story and the significance of each aspect but more importantly how we can follow that example set and what the Bible is teaching us. Stations of the Cross in Church
We are incredibly lucky at SSMJ to have 14 beautiful carved decorations showing the 14 Stations of the Cross in our Church. The children spent time going on a reflective journey around the Church looking closely at each carving. The children took it in turns to lead a quiet prayer at each station.

The children spent some time going around each station and reflecting on Jesus actions.

The children took part in a wide range of activities in school including key stage 2 children performing Resurrection Rock to parents and other community members.
