Science

"Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."

                                                 Genesis 2:4-25

Our science curriculum inspires curiosity, wonder, and a deeper understanding of God’s creation. Rooted in our Catholic values, we encourage pupils to explore the natural world with respect, responsibility, and awe, recognising the beauty and complexity of life as part of God’s plan.

Through engaging, hands-on learning, children develop key scientific knowledge and skills across biology, chemistry, and physics. We promote questioning, investigation, and critical thinking, enabling pupils to become confident learners who can make sense of the world around them.

By the time they leave our school, children are equipped not only with a strong foundation in science, but also with a sense of wonder, respect, and a commitment to using their knowledge wisely in service of others.
